Nearly 100 Coastside residents celebrated the launch of San Mateo County’s new bookmobile. The bookmobile, the first new vehicle in 19 years, provides a library lifeline to the South Coast which has no libraries. Thanks to the bookmobile staff, County Board of Supervisors President Carol Groom and Supervisor Don Horsley, along with Half Moon Bay Mayor Naomi Partridge and Councilwoman Marina Fraser, and Pescadero Elementary School Principal Pat Talbot, for attending the event.
