Heal in Nature with Green Foothills

Older adults and Spanish-speaking participants who live in San Mateo County are invited for a free 2-mile sunset walk along the Half Moon Bay Coastal Trail and will be guided by trained docents and a certified healer. A burrito will be provided at 5:30pm and we will eat at the picnic tables by the parking lot. Bathrooms available at the parking lot. A flashlight will be provided. Wear clothes comfortable for your walk!
