About Youth Involvement

In an effort to reduce adolescent access to alcohol and other drugs the South Coast Prevention Partnership supports youth in the following ways:

• Youth Leadership Institute, Friday Night Live trainings
  • Environmental Prevention
  • Youth- led Action Research
  • Youth networking with other county partnerships
• Youth Development Principals and Practices
• Public Speaking Opportunities
• Alcohol and Other Drug discussion groups
• Community Engagement
  • Developing a plan for a mural addressing communities needs including concepts, policies, process, and design

The South Coast Prevention Partnership encourages adolescents from the communities of Pescadero, Loma Mar, La Honda, and San Gregorio to participate with our ongoing activities.
