There’s Big News for the La Honda-Pescadero Unified School District and Puente.
Four school districts were selected to receive The Big Lift grant, among them, our district! The Big Lift is an effort to build reading proficiency among young children and Puente collaborated with the district to submit a very competitive proposal.

Funds for The Big Lift will be provided by the Social Innovation Fund, a program of the Corporation for National and Community Service and the County of San Mateo’s Measure A Sales Tax.
