Glad you asked! Puente is gathering school supplies for our upcoming Dia de los Niños celebration in conjunction with Pescadero Elementary School. Puente is making 120 bags for the children containing the following items:
Scissors
Watercolors
Stuffed animals
Rubber ducks
Pencil sharpeners
Play-Doh
Children’s socks
Puente is also seeking cash donations to buy new books for the children.
Finally, Puente needs healthy snacks for its children and adult programs. Fruit, granola bars, juices, individual soups and popcorn – are welcome.
