Puente Housing Solutions (PHS) is dedicated to preserving and advancing affordable, safe, and dignified housing for farmworker families on San Mateo County’s South Coast. Their inaugural project is the preservation and renovation of a historic Pescadero property—originally built in 1925 and now home to multiple farmworker households. By renovating key facilities and ensuring all tenants remain housed during improvements, the team upholds Puente’s commitment to community stability and equity. Housing Solutions partners with local stakeholders and funders to create lasting impact through inclusive, community-driven approaches.
